The owner was extremely helpful with my purchase of an E bike for my grandson. He explained to him how all the parts worked and allowed him to take it for a test drive. He honored a price I saw on another website and even delivered the bike to my house because I couldn't fit it in my truck. Good business!!
So far I love the Himiway Zebra I purchased. Denis was very helpful and answered all my questions. He showed me how to select the properly fitting helmet. Things I did not know to ask were pointed out. Service is a big deal to me and it's good to know I can bring my bike to Denis and get it fixed properly. My friend had a problem with a bike that he ordered from amazon and now he can't get answers from customer service. I told him to just bring it to Voltare Cycles in Verona.

My wife and I took the plunge and are very happy with our e-bike purchases at Voltaire. Denis and Elvira coached us through the decision making process, asking the right questions so we could make the best choice for each of us. We are very happy with our bikes and look forward to exploring the many hills in Essex County without the need to make it an epic journey! We still get a get the moderate exercise without the top end “red zone” pedaling up challenging hills, (which are hard to avoid in Essex County). The bikes take us farther and faster for the same amount of effort we otherwise would expend, greatly expanding our range.
