Refund policy

RETURNS

Voltaire Cycles Verona accepts returns for most riding accessories as long as the item has not been used. The company's return policy extends for 14 days from date of purchase. Please note that for safety and hazmat certification reasons, certain products are exempt from our return policy. For these products, all sales are considered final.

All bicycles, trikes, and scooter sales are considered final. If an order is placed online, we offer a 24 hour grace period from which you may cancel your order. All custom ordered parts sales are also final. This includes batteries, conversion kits, chargers, and motor or battery accessories.

Perishable goods such as food, newspapers, books or magazines, certain apparel items such as helmets, shoes, gloves, jackets, shirts, pants and other personal garments, are exempt from returns. Finally, all clearance items, garage sale items, demo, used or consignment items are final.

For general merchandise returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it appeared in the store. It must also be in the original packaging including tags, documents, and any additional accessories. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, Voltaire Cycles Verona will email a confirmation notice to you stating that the item has been received. If the item meets the return policy conditions, a credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Voltaire Cycles Verona, 400 Bloomfield Ave., Verona, New Jersey 07044. You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider insuring your shipment with a tracking number.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item or that we received your item without proof of delivery.
